Stephanie is a seasoned Real Estate Broker and is well immersed in the real estate mortgage lending industry. She cut her teeth during the emergence of the subprime residential market in the early 2000's, but as she gained experience, the opportunity to move to the commercial side of lending drew her away from her primary residential roots. She is a problem solver specializing in programs with more risk and/or credit challenges. She has been a realtor and maintains her CA Real Estate Broker’s license as well as her Mortgage Loan Originator NMLS license. She is resourceful with hands-on experience in all aspects of the industry.
