Mr. Paul E Prichard

For over 45 years, Paul has been involved in Orange County’s banking industry. He has experience in both SBA and traditional commercial lending. He worked for Union Bank and most recently at Pacific Western Bank, where he retired in 2017. He is a founding member of the Orange County Financial Society and continues to serve on the board of directors.
